Sculptra® is an FDA-approved injectable treatment that adds volume back to the face and encourages the body to make more collagen, which keeps the face looking young for a long time. Sculptra® works slowly, improving firmness, elasticity, and fullness over time, unlike traditional fillers that give you results right away but only last for a short time. Sculptra® is made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), which is biodegradable and biocompatible. It helps rebuild the skin’s underlying structure, making it a great choice for people who want results that are subtle, natural, and long-lasting.

A standard Sculptra® session lasts between 30 and 45 minutes. After a consultation, the injectable is put into the cheeks, temples, or jawline, which are areas where volume has been lost. There may be mild swelling, redness, or tenderness, but this usually goes away in a few days. Sculptra® works slowly, with changes becoming noticeable after a few weeks and continuing to improve the skin’s look over several months. This is different from fillers that show immediate results.
